LA VACA ROSADA

A terrace-only restaurant, closed when it's raining, La Vaca Rosada (the "pink cow" profile stands out against the yellow background of its sign) is an address unlike any other in Varadero. The kitchen offers original homemade recipes such asenchilada del mar, a kind of seafood cassolette, as well as a variety of successful "Neapolitan" pizzas. The menu is extensive. Ideal for a change from the cuisine of the big hotels. Even the locals have their habits here. Queer parties are sometimes held here!
