COMPAS BAR

The Compas bar is an establishment very frequented by Cubans and always displays a good atmosphere. You can either settle down in the air-conditioned room where the latin hits are playing in loop on a big screen, the sound system at full blast, or opt for the terrace outside which is often much more quiet. The advantage of this bar, if you don't have a 3G connection on your smartphone, is that it is one of the few establishments offering a wifi connection in Varadero (apart from the bars of the big hotels).
