Inaugurated in April 1976, for the 15th anniversary of the victory of the Castro troops, the museum retraces the Bay of Pigs affair. The attempted US invasion turned into a fiasco after three days of intense fighting. The artillery of the regular forces will indeed defeat the attackers with the support of the last two fighter planes of the Air Force, one of which still sits at the entrance. A very enlightening film is shown at the end of the visit.

Musée très complet sur l'histoire de la Baie des cochons et l'histoire de Cuba. Personnel sympathique. L'entrée est à 2 CUC, mais il faut payer en plus pour prendre des photos. Les panneaux explicatifs sont complets, les cartes aident à comprendre, et les portraits des protagonistes sont un plus. Des éléments, armements et autres, sont également présents.

Le musée est intéressant si on a envie d'en savoir plus sur l'histoire de Cuba. 2 CUC l'entrée (mai 2017). Pour les photos, il faut payer en plus! La visite se fait en 1h environ.

Du matraquage idéologique mais il faut quand même voir aussi ce genre de musée. la visite commence par un vieux film racontant la bataille. Tout ça est en fait assez rigolo: ce côté vieillot, cette "naïveté" et cette propagande
