Without a doubt our best discovery in Trinidad in early 2022! Right next to the central square, the Aurora has no other goal than to become the best restaurant in the city, then in the country, and who knows... why not in the world! You can never dream too big, that's all! In any case, the tasting menu of this brand new restaurant deserves a chance.
