BISTRO LATIN JAZZ

In October 2023, the owner of the former Jazz Café (which still exists and is very pretty, but doesn't have the same soul as it once did) launched the Bisto Latin Jazz, next to the Casa de la Trova. In other words, right in the center of town, without suffering from overcrowding. Every evening, from 8pm to 10/22.30pm, the meal (the extensive menu and lovingly prepared dishes) is accompanied by the sound of more modern music than in most of the surrounding premises. The cocktails are delicious. Perhaps you'll bump into Sofia on the terrace: her neighbor's dog is the street mascot!
