The old house, founded in 1816, became a theater in 1840 and remained one of the city's major cultural centers until the beginning of the 20th century. The theater has now been replaced by a beer bar (no less than a dozen brands of beer are offered on tap!) installed in a large shaded patio, often frequented by a local audience. Dance lessons every day, free on condition of consumption. Possibility of fast food.
