As its name indicates, this 27-room hotel overlooks the main square of Sancti Spíritus. It holds its superb structure of a family manor built in 1943, before being transformed into a cafeteria, pastry, family pension and meeting place for the landowners in the centre of the country. That alone. Its configuration as a hotel has been in place for only ten years. Very good restaurant.
