A small museum dedicated to guayabera, the typical Cuban cotton shirt with its four pockets. It was reportedly invented by farmers in Sancti Spiritus in 1753. Here you will see the shirts worn by Cuban personalities such as Fidel Castro, Raul Castro or Compay Segundo, but also by Gabriel García Márquez or Hugo Chávez. For more information, ask Carlos Figueroa Crespo, the director of the museum; he will be happy to make a guided tour. The museum shop sells shirts beside: not bad as memory.
