The trails to the Turquino peak are limited to 25 tourists at a time. It is therefore strongly recommended to make reservations. All the walks in Turquino National Park require the presence of local guides. They know the area like the back of their hand and will give you a lot of useful information about the nature and history of the area. French speaking guides are sometimes available. Depending on the level of difficulty and the duration of the hike, prices vary. The car is allowed on the first kilometers, at 40% inclination!
