On a good note, I wish to say thank you to Gorreti, my waitress for the day for the wonderful customer care. At least you set the bar high for your department! Smart, professional and eloquency are some of the noticeable virtues I detected.
Non functional bathroom. No running water on 3 July.
Crazy charges for laundry. I simply refused to pay.
Meetings, groups, board meetings, training etc.
Internet didn't work.
AC very old and noisy (would turn on and off whole night)
Bed too soft.
Food in the restaurant over-priced and small in quantity.
Very lovely and safe hotel. The food is great, I have been struggling with food in Kampala for the past 4 days, the first meal I had at the hotel was awesome so I’m sticking with them throughout my stay.
It’s a lovely place to stay, lovely rooms, nice ambience and great location ????
