There are dozens of outdoor stores selling masks, statues, paintings, musical instruments and all manner of curios... With the exception of the basketry, the many items come from Kenya and South Africa. Good for small souvenirs, but nothing more. They do, however, have a very active facebook page with interesting explanations of Uganda's intangible heritage and, more specifically, the country's handicrafts.
