Excellent address as this Buna café, located on the busy Ggaba Road equidistant from the city centre and the districts of Munyonyo and Ggaba. Excellent for the quality of its drinks (fruit juices, smoothies, milkshakes, coffees...) and its snacks (sandwiches, salads...); excellent for the care taken on the small shaded terrace and its benches furnished with soft cushions; excellent, finally, for the welcome of its team. Books are available for sale (6,000 Ush) inside the café: the funds raised finance the NGO Grassroots Uganda, which helps women who have suffered sexual abuse during the conflict between the Lord's Resistance Army and the Ugandan armed forces in the north of the country.
