Strategic location, comfortable rooms and satisfactory customer care!
It was humbling bumping into one of the closest members of the proprietors fully engaging in activities of lower staff cadre and yet blending in comfortably without giving off signals of non performance.
He was our rooming agent, fully dressed in hotel uniform and carefully took time to share information that was useful.
Thank you Big Ben, we will be back to enjoy what Brovad has to offer.

The Brovad sadly needs some updating now. It is very tired, still no water pressure, poor wifi so no tv channels work but the worst is the noise at night from the nightclub next door. This is open until 8am!! You literally cannot sleep it is so loud hence why I felt I needed to review. It is also pricey for what other newer options you can now get in Masaka. The food is also expensive - UK prices, and if you order from the menu you will wait well over and hour until your food arrives. Breakfast buffet is not great. Staff are very sweet.
