PRIEURÉ DE GRAZAC
A remarkable priory with a monumental stone fireplace, it has joined the European Federation of Cluniac Sites.
In 939, the priory of Grazac was placed under the obedience of Cluny. Then, in the 16th century, it was transformed into a stronghold by the League of Leagues, before being destroyed after the triumph of Henry IV. Taken over in 1648, the fortified convent was transformed. The priory is then adjoined to the south of the west facade of the church and decorated with a row of brackets on the south and west facades. A visit is an opportunity to admire the richness of the place, such as the monumental stone fireplace on the first floor. The priory has joined the European Federation of Cluniac Sites.
