Set amidst eucalyptus trees, on a mameluled peninsula where agriculture predominates, the Edirisa ("window" in Chiga) camp will delight backpackers. The dormitories, cottages and family houses are simple but very clean and equipped with mosquito nets. Open-air showers and wooden huts serving as WCs are never far away. Meals are of excellent quality. There's also free wi-fi, free use of the resort's canoes and an improbable swimming pool. Modest prices and a warm welcome!

My favorite Campsite in the lake, and this is my 2nd visit to the place.
It's completely quite and integrated within the nature, which made it exceptional and favoritable among the nature lovers.
There's a beautiful tree house where you can read a book and enjoy the panorama. Also, if you want to do a nice activity around the lake they got a free canoe to enjoy around.

The only thing, I was a little disappointed with the improvement of the place. My 1st time was in 2018, since 4 years nothing much changed. There are around 2 rooms and a dormitory with a place to pitch your tent.
I also understand, that maybe the reason for that was the pendamic. So I hope to visit again in a few years and see the Campsite.
