Kilimanjaro International Airport is an international airport located in northern Tanzania, serving the cities of Arusha and Moshi, with over 45% of passengers being mainly international visitors from the region. The airport handles over 2 million passengers each year, and serves mainly regional flights, with some long-haul flights due to its importance as a tourist destination.
