At 1,700 metres above sea level and on the edge of the national park, Equator Snow Lodge is ideally located for day hikers and lifelong mountaineers. Quiet, despite the torrential sound of the Mubuku, the river that cuts through the valley, this lodge is the most exclusive of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The cottages, adorned with pebbles and open - by the magic of their wooden balconies - to the peaks, greenery and chameleons of the area, are beautifully decorated. The lodge staff organizes several activities(treks, forest and river walks...).
