FAROUT NYABIKERE CAMPSITE & LODGE
The former Rweetera Safari Camp was recaptured by the NWT Far Out. The layout of the lodge was at its beginning during our visit (even the name is uncertain), but seemed very promising and the motorized travellers should see what it returns. On the edge of Nyabikere Lake whose name means "lake of thousands of frogs" (for the story, we would hear amphibians croassements one week in two), the site, superb, is divided into two parts to host campers and overland trucks on the one hand, and on the other hand residents of safari tents (or bandas, choice was still to be determined) that promises refined furnishings. All in a spirit of conviviality. Electricity is supplied by solar panels and Internet access was envisaged, as was a pontoon to bathe in the lake.
