Opened with a chandelier by Gerry and Karen, a couple from Glasgow, this lodge is worth a visit. Built on the edge of the park, on a hill overlooking the forest and surrounding countryside, it has clean, fully equipped cottages with stunning views. The bar-restaurant has a similar layout with a panoramic terrace, soft sofas and tasty food. To reach this beautiful address, its swimming pool, its birds and its attentive staff, follow the track leaving the RN Fort Portal-Mbarara 1 km south of Rweteera: it is the most convenient! Le cadre est superbe : depuis la chambre comme depuis l'espace accueil, restauration et salon, on dispose d'une vue sur la forêt et les montagnes au Sud et à l'Ouest. Les chambres sont très propres avec un espace salon agréable et une petite terrasse. La nourriture est bonne et le service de qualité. Une adresse chaudement recommandée.

Superbe endroit !
A deux pas du parc de Kibale, Isunga Lodge est un véritable hâvre de paix.
Une vue imprenable sur les environs, un jardin d'une belle richesse florale et surtout une équipe d'une extrême gentillesse. La partie restauration sera à l'image du lieu !
Les propriétaires sont réactifs et souples, nous étions partis en oubliant une paire de lunettes... ils ont aussitôt pris les devants pour nous les envoyer à notre prochain hôtel gratuitement.

A noter, pour ceux à qui ça pourraient déplaire, qu'il n'y a pas d'électricité la nuit.
