If you're a festival junkie, save the month of November! Nyege Nyege ("sudden, irrepressible urge to dance" in Luganda) is East Africa's biggest music festival. Since 2015, it has been showcasing the avant-garde Ugandan, African and international music scene for four days. It also gives more traditional artists from communities all over the country the opportunity to perform, thus showcasing the country's cultural richness. Crafts and fashionable creations are also on show!
