On a quiet square, a few tables without the micoquliers, for a neighborhood restaurant away from the flow of tourists, behind the cathedral. Local ambience, family service and warm dishes in the very good dishes of Sicilian dishes. Here all events are the occasion of special special menus (Valentine's Day, etc.). Excellent wine with glass to accompany a simple but honest meal.

Je mange souvent au papyrus à Palerme. Le service est toujours convivial et sympathique.
