In this "bistro" restaurant which is both "deli" and organic, everything is organic and Sicilian. Its name comes from Madonie, this Sicilian mountain range in the northwest which is full of good products, starting with the famous Bronte pistachios. Located very close to Palazzo Butera, the interior of the place is nicely arranged with colourful tables. We recommend the mixed boards of cold meats and cheeses with a good local wine, produced by small and unknown producers. Don't leave without buying some good products to take home as gifts or to taste at home.
