A classy table, with elegant white tablecloths and dishes with a refined aesthetic, without being stilted in the heart of the Kalsa. The plates are spectacular. Typical Sicilian cuisine revisited, to discover the Palermo flavours in particular, raw or cooked. Fish fillet in sweet and sour honey sauce with red onions, raisins and dried apricots, or a carpaccio of scottona, a meat from a heifer of the best Italian breed, renowned for its tenderness, marinated in lemon-lime with mushrooms and plums.

Abbiamo cenato in questo locale suggerito da un’amica siciliana. Ha soddisfatto tutti i palati, anche quello di mio papà che ha lo stomaco molto delicato. Cura per la presentazione dei piatti e alta qualità dei prodotti locali, pesce fresco del pescato del giorno e gentilezza e professionalità da parte del cameriere di sala, Sig. Luca. Abbiamo fatto anche due chiacchiere col titolare, Sig. Eugenio, persona semplice e piacevole. Prezzi nella media. Locale super consigliato! ????????

Tutto ottimo, antipasti, primi e secondi. Servizio eccellente e tanti vini disponibili. Prezzi alle stelle ma ormai Palermo è diventata turistica e la solfa è quella.
