If you like fish plates, especially crudo, these raw fish and seafood specialties in carpaccio, tartare or ceviche, this restaurant is for you. The white tuna tataki (barely seared but the inside remains raw) is exceptional, as is the carpaccio of this same fish in its citrus marinated bath. Then delight yourself with a sea bream or a swordfish in its potato crust with its spinach cream, delicious! In pasta, the pasta with poutargue and orange was remarkably light.
