AL FRESCO GIARDINO

This new restaurant boasts a fabulous garden set against the backdrop of Casa San Francesco, a former ^17th-century convent. It's an inclusive place that offers a second chance to young inmates at Malaspina, who are being trained in the culinary arts. Involved in "slow food", sourcing quality and local ingredients, the cuisine is exceptional. Particularly the pizzas, which are a welcome change from classic compositions, but also the delicious Italian bistro dishes. Handcrafted cocktails are accompanied by international street food twists.
