We stayed for 3 nights and had a beautiful stay. It’s so centrally located to everything we wanted to do and were able to see the opera right across the street! The staff was so sweet and helpful but their breakfast rivaled any place we stayed on this trip. We ate in the living room each morning and always walked into a beautiful spread waiting for us. Highly recommend staying here for your Palermo trip.

Hotel de 4* que no se las merecen, los libra el personal, muy bien situado, pero está en una 1° planta y sin ascensor, menos mal que el conserje te sube las maletas las 12 escaleras que hay para llegar a la recepción, no hay comedor, el desayuno te lo sirven en la habitacion o en una salita donde apenas hay mesas.

Comfortable hotel centrally located. Staff is attentive. Our room faced the back - no view, but very quiet and exactly what we needed to recover from jet lag. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Massimo Plaza Hotel is conveniently located in the center of Palermo, just opposite the Massimo theater and within walking distance from bars, restaurants, and the major UNESCO sightseeing points.

We had a wonderful view of the theater from our balcony. The street is noisy so it may not be everyone's cup of tea.

The breakfast area is small so if the hotel is at full capacity you may be offered to have breakfast in your room.

Top tip: if traveling in winter, ask for a portable heater or an extra duvet, as it might be a case that the room AC won' generate got air

Lovely hotel, great location, very helpful and nice staff but very loud - you are on the main square but i didnt sleep for the whole trip. They had construction every morning at 8am right above my head.
