Charming hotel at low price for a stay not far from the station in Palermo.
On the2nd floor of a building in the historic center, not far from the train station, you'll find this modest hotel with some twenty old-fashioned rooms, all very well kept and reasonably priced for the comfort they offer: private bathroom, telephone, air conditioning, TV, free wifi. No unnecessary frills, outdated decor in the rooms, but high ceilings. Pay parking. Rooms overlooking via Roma can be noisy despite double-glazing, so try to get a room overlooking the courtyard. On the other hand, the area is not very busy.

l ambiente è un po’ datato ma pulito. Il personale gentile , il servizio colazione ottimo, la sig.ra che se ne occupa e’ fantastica ! Peccato per la zona, pur essendo in centro e’ sporca e maltenuta, con pile di sacchetti dell immondizia e proprio accanto al portone dell hotel , a mio avviso creando un danno di immagine alla struttura, sostano giorno e notte dei senza-tetto . Sdraiati su materassi sporchi e altrettante coperte sudicie. Mi chiedo come possano tollerare ciò i gestori
dell hotel.
