Hotel with a beautiful garden near Mondello, a nice address for a quiet stay in Palermo.

This out-of-town hotel is close to Mondello, yet only 10 minutes by car from the center of Palermo. If the area lacks charm, it's an oasis of calm, with a beautiful garden with tables and designer lighting amidst palm trees on the lawn. The rooms are superbly equipped, modern, bright and comfortable, but prices have gone up in recent years. The welcome is very warm. Perfect for those who have a car and want a quiet stay.

Annulation ou report refusé par l'hôtel
J'ai réservé 2 chambres pour 3 nuits (16-19/04/2020) dans cet hôtel pour un sejour en Sicile avec un couple d'amis. Mais la Covid nous a contraint à différer nos vacances. Bénéficiant d'un avoir valable un an, ma demande de report supplémentaire, toujours pour raison d'impossibilité de voyager, a été refusée par l'hôtel au prétexte qu'ils étaient ouverts ! Incompréhensible vu que les Français n'étaient pas autorisés à voyager à ce moment là...
Malgré l'intervention à 2 reprises de Booking par lequel j'étais passé, il n'y a eu aucun geste commercial.

J'appelle ça de la malhonnêteté de la part de cet hôtel, voire de la chaîne Best Western que j'ai black listé depuis, bien entendu.
