Notice to food lovers: this is a festival of artisanal ice creams made in Sicily. Imagine in a country where ice cream is king! In different parts of the city centre, the best craftsmen will let you taste their work. Tastings, cooking shows, entertainment for children, shows... They are made with ingredients from the island. Among the main ingredients are pistachios from Bronte, almonds from Notto, honey from Etna, hazelnuts and chocolate from Modica. Entrance to the festival and access to the events are free.
