CHIESA DE SAN GIUSEPPE DEI TEATINI
Beautiful church with a neoclassical facade and a beautiful baroque bell tower, the work of Amato
This beautiful church with a neoclassical façade, built at the beginning of the 17th century and enlarged in the 18th century, has a superb baroque bell tower, the work of Amato. The monumental and solemn interior, extraordinarily rich in stucco and marble, is decorated with statues and paintings. Beautiful restoration work on the frescoes by Borremans and Tancredi and the stuccoes by Serpotta, on the vault of the central nave. Take a look at the 18th century clams. Magnificent!
