Museum with various objects of the Sicilian popular life and musical instruments

This museum, founded in 1909, gathers various objects of Sicilian popular life: weaving, hunting and agricultural instruments, objects of worship and witchcraft, musical instruments (including a small cylinder piano), a puppet theater, baroque statuettes... A library includes some 30,000 books, including some from the 16th century. Closed for five years, it has just been renovated and reopened to the public, but only by prior reservation.
