Dopo la visita alla Cattedrale, entriamo in questo panificio in cerca di ristoro. Ambiente sobrio, se non austero, atmosfera accogliente da buon panificio di paese. Chiedo, un po' vago: "Cercavamo qualcosa con la ricotta...". Risposta da dietro al banco: "Siete nel posto giusto!" E nel giro di un minuto ci ritroviamo seduti a un tavolino all'aperto gustando una deliziosa crostatina di pasta frolla ripiena di ricotta, ancora tiepida, in attesa che ci venga preparata una brioche, riscaldata e anch'essa farcita di ricotta (più simile a un iris nel risultato finale), e che arriva dopo pochi minuti. Che bontà! La migliore scorpacciata di dolci alla ricotta fatta nel breve (purtroppo) soggiorno a Palermo. Panettiere gentilissimo, prezzi modici. Consigliatissimo.

On a commandé. Puis le patron a parlé à la caissière. Sans doute pour lui dire d'appliquer le tarif "touriste". Résultat 15 euros pour 3 petits pains.

Terrible experience. Avoid. Tourist trap. I was overcharged massively, and also assured that the dish I ordered was vegan. It wasn’t, it contained cheese, which I realised after taking a bite. I tried to seek a refund or exchange for a vegan focaccia and the owners were very rude and denied my request, even though the mistake was theirs.
