Service absolument irréprochable !
Cadre romantique avec une décoration simple et élégante.
Les plats sont frais, raffinés avec des quantités justes. Belle découverte (pigeon, oeuf parfait...)

Nous avons profité d'une offre "harengs à volonté" à toutes les sauces avec un muscat en apéritif et du riesling du domaine Maetz( à volonté aussi), le papa de Hubert, avec une bonne tarte au dessert pour un prix modique de 32 euros dans la petite Winstub attenant au restaurant gastronomique. Ma sauce préférée: celle à l'ail d'ours, puis celle à la laitance.

Une cuisine authentique et originale mettant en avant les plantes aromatiques des Vosges (ail des ours...). l'accueil est chaleureux et le petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet est riche en saveurs. Une adresse que je recommande vivement.
