Unmistakable, this restaurant looks like a castle built on the sea, mounted with sculpted Liberty-style spikes. A la carte, Sicilian-style fish specialties of great finesse, revisited to be light and "green". As a starter, shellfish shavings on an exotic fruit tartar form an exquisite blend, while on the main course the sweet and sour pork fillet with Avola black red wine and almonds is as confusing as it is delicious. If the prices are high, the experience is unique: the chairs are Stark scratched and you can bathe from the terrace.
