This family-run hotel-village is huge: 800 spacious rooms with terrace, bar, restaurant, baby-sitting, entertainment... Everything has been thought of to make parents' holidays easier. Children will appreciate the three water slides, the last of which, for older children, goes down to the sea. Its big asset is also its incredible view of the Gulf of Terrassini, its immense 27 ha flowered park and its nautical services: private beach of fine sand, tennis courts, immense Olympic swimming pool, diving centre, windsurfing board and boat rental.

Die Zimmer sind veraltet und die Pools scheinen leider nicht gut gepflegt worden zu sein, die Ränder der Pools, die Liegen an der Sonnenterrasse beim Meer und insbesondere die Rutsche, die stark beworben wird, ist unfassbar durch die Natur verdreckt. Ich habe mich geweigert dort zu rutschen, da ich meine Haut dem nicht aussetzen wollte. Meine Freundin hingegen, fand es nicht so schlimm.
Auch im Foyer waren die Sitzmöglichkeiten sehr heruntergekommen, durchgesessen und fleckig.
Zur Anlage und Lage: die Anlage ist großartig. Sie ist weitläufig und bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Überall blühen Kakteen und sind mit Früchten überladen. Leider werden die Früchte nicht beim Essen angeboten und werden zu Fallobst. Es scheint sich niemand für das Ernten der Früchte verantwortlich zu fühlen.
Die Damen an der Rezeption waren toll! Sehr freundlich, lösungsorientiert, tip top!
Das Buffet war oke, es gab einiges zur Auswahl und war geschmacklich in Ordnung bis gut unserem subjektiven Empfinden nach.
Das Meer war atemberaubend schön und wir sind sehr gerne reingegangen.
Die Anlage, die Lage, die Pools, das Hotel allgemein haben das Potential einen wundervollen Urlaub zu bieten, aber leider wurde das Potential nicht genutzt.
Fazit: kann man machen, aber man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es ein runtergekommenes 4-Sterne Hotel ist, dessen Glanz verwelkt ist, dennoch passabel mit einer grandiosen Lage und Anlage.
I am annoyed at customers that put positive reviews this is not fair for someone trying to make an expensive decision on a holiday. There is only one positive thing to say the view.
The hotel is old, run down. Broken paths not safe for children or elderly. The rooms and bathrooms are like something out of the 70s. It is miles away from anywhere that you could get decent food. So essentially you are stuck in a run down prison with school dinners. BEWARE!!!!!! don't book. It was so bad we left after 2 nights and moved to another hotel.
