The hotel is a real museum dedicated to the opera of the Pupi (puppets) of which Marilù is a worthy representative. Period furniture and silverware, spacious and comfortable themed rooms, all in a unique natural setting overlooking the Gulf of Monte Cofano. Some of the rooms were renovated in 2018, in shades of white, beige and blue. Enjoy the beautiful swimming pool in a relaxing garden and the solarium. Marilù, a specialist in Trapanese couscous, also offers an inventive seasonal cuisine. Direct access to the sea.

Ero curioso di sapere se la valutazione che veniva data era data perché la troupe della fiction Màcari mangiavano li o per la bontà delle pietanze. Bene devo dire che essere a cena in quella location è un occasione da non perdere. Cenare e vedere il tramonto in un contesto simile non ha prezzo. Tutto molto buono e fresco cucina di alto livello. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Per un attimo mettiamo da parte il panorama strepitoso. Ci abbiamo mangiato dopo il tramonto (che ho accompagnato con un Mojito) ed abbiamo provato il polpo grigliato con patate speziate e zenzero candito ed il tonno tataki con salsa teriaki e sesamo.
Io poi ho finito con una cheesecake alla pesca e passito di pantelleria: ????.
Il tutto accompagnato da un bianco quasale cataratto e da un personale estremamente professionale e simpatico.
Alla fine abbiamo conosciuto la chef Flavia Marrone ed è deliziosa anche lei!

Abbiamo pranzato sulla meravigliosa terrazza del locale che aggetta sul mare da una parte e sulla piscina dell'albergo dall'altra. Ottimo il pranzo, con la possibilità di scegliere anche le varianti senza glutine.
