A good restaurant in Trapani known for its quality cuisine based on local specialties. Fish couscous is the main specialty of the house (even if the quantity of fish is questionable), but there are also some rare recipes from the island of Pantelleria (couscous and Pantesca salad), where the Arab influence is also very present. Tasty meat dishes in sauce and good hearty salads. Don't miss the original squid ink meatballs as an antipasti. Good wine list, reservation recommended.

Mangiato benissimo dall'antipasto ai primi ai gamberoni di Mazara, al dolce. Il titolare, Lauro, ci ha guidato nelle scelte in maniera impareggiabile. Abbiamo mangiato all'aperto, benché su strada siamo stati tranquilli. Il prezzo: equilibrato.
