This restaurant has set a requirement to use only local and seasonal products. Even the meat is from Favignana whenever possible, if not from Sicily. But it is above all the compositions that are remarkably creative. What about millefeuille with ricotta and Sicilian blackberry jelly, tuna in citrus and strawberry tartar or carpaccio with pistachios? The list of pleasures is long. So as not to spoil anything, the room is as modern as the kitchen, with beautiful photos on the walls, and the terrace is distinguished. A favorite.

A must visit in Favignana!! Wonderful fresh seafood, kind and professional staff. We had a starter, the swordfish, and the seafood carbonara. Chef’s kiss! Thank you all, we will return!

Ottimo ristorante, busiate con bottarga di tonno e pesto di pistacchio veramente fenomenali l unico appunto su una caponata un po fredda di frigo o meglio scaldata ma male in alcuni punti calda in altri fredda gelata, cmq ci ritornerei, servizio ottimo la cameriera che ci ha servito all esterno veramente speciale.

Che c’è? C’è qualità ma poca sostanza prezzi altissimi e poca sostanza. Una paranza 18 euro. 8 merluzzetti e due calmari senza testa ????????‍♀️Sicuramente le foto con l
