This restaurant has set a requirement to use only local and seasonal products. Even the meat is from Favignana whenever possible, if not from Sicily. But it is above all the compositions that are remarkably creative. What about millefeuille with ricotta and Sicilian blackberry jelly, tuna in citrus and strawberry tartar or carpaccio with pistachios? The list of pleasures is long. So as not to spoil anything, the room is as modern as the kitchen, with beautiful photos on the walls, and the terrace is distinguished. A favorite.

Qui siamo al top assoluto....il miglior posto dove mangiare a Favignana per distacco!

Che dire? Siamo tornati anche la seconda volta durante la stessa vacanza. Materie prime di qualità, personale gentile e simpatico, E LA CARBONARA DI MARE PARLIAMONE, quanta bontà!! Potessi dare più stelle le darei senz'altro!

Volevo inoltre aggiungere che la qualità si paga, chi vuole spendere poco e mangiare bene non ha ben capito il lavoro che c'è dietro un ristorante, per questo motivo che esistono i fast food , dove si spende poco e si ha l'impressione che i sapori siano eccellenti per via del glutammato, mangiare è di vitale importanza ma mangiare bene non è per tutti...
