KEBABBERIA DI TONNO
The freshly caught tuna is still wriggling, in all its states and in all sauces, and especially declined according to the specialties of Favignana. Tunisia is not far away, so why not a kebab? But of tuna, because here it is a classic, you can't leave the island without having tasted it. No excuse, the service is continuous and late. Notice to tataki aficionados, and other crudo, sandwiches and salads with raw (or just seared) tuna are simply addictive given the freshness of the catch. The bread is delicious as a bonus.
