Hellenic-Roman archaeological area, also known as Villa Romana
Going along the sea beyond the Archaeological Museum, we reach the western point known as Capo Boeo. Here is the Helleno-Roman archaeological area, also known as the Villa Romana, with remains of Roman dwellings, a small spa building and some rooms decorated with polychrome mosaics that seem to reflect motifs and a style common to northern Africa. The mosaic of the Medusa, in particular, is quite remarkable, with its different tones.
