This two-storey hotel-restaurant is located next to the famous abbey church. It includes classic rooms with double or twin beds and two family rooms. On the restaurant side, an amazing Franco-Thai menu, juggling between traditional cuisine (with Auvergne specialities) and Thai dishes. It is quite possible to adapt the dishes to vegetarians. Groups of up to 60 people can be accommodated. Very good value for money and a smiling welcome.

Par une belle journée estivale,assis à la terrasse du restaurant le Lion d'or,je déguste (le verbe n'est pas usurpé),une omelette aux cèpes garnies de frites...
goûtue,baveuse comme il faut,généreuse et délicieuse....
Elle est pas belle la vie....!!!

Hôtel situé au cœur de la chaise dieu. Accueil sympathique. Pt déjeuner simple dans un décor un peu désuet

Nous ne sommes finalement même pas resté manger tellement l'accueil est désagréable... C'est quand même incroyable, allez à la pizzeria à côté, un sourire ça change tout !
