LA PART DES ANGES
A stop at La Part des Anges means enjoying a warm and friendly atmosphere. Coffee, tea, cakes and ice cream in the afternoon, charcuterie boards and local cheeses (cantal, saint-nectaire, fourme d'Ambert, creamy crottin), tapas and fine wines in the evening. Regional products take pride of place. Galette ponote (lentil pancake, spicy guacamole, Vourzac smoked trout, egg, velouté, bread ball), but also croziflette, patate raclette, pounti, panisses de l'Estaque and roast camembert... Musical or themed evenings (on Saturdays, it's blind test!).
