Just a stone's throw from the abbey, the address invites you to indulge in a sin of greed. The family business was founded in 1956. The name of the establishment was chosen by the local priest, as a mischievous nod to the monks of La Chaise-Dieu. Jean-Marc juggles with the best products (fruits, seeds, spices, plants and cocoa) to offer his customers high quality desserts. The most famous of them is the adorable little round monk in almond paste and chocolate. Exceptional logs. Chocolate assortments. Cookies. Confectionery.
