Io posto nn e assolutamente accogliente e le stanze sono sporche e le strutture nn si mantengono le piante in camera e i tratti nn si mantengono

Io sono in gita qui per la terza media, siamo arrivati ed in una camera si è staccato il muro, bagno allagato e stanza sporche. Mobili rotti e piante che entrano nelle stanze. Per finire è stato trovato un topo che girava per le camere. VOGLIO IL RIMBORSO!?
