A bar/saloon in a former farmhouse right in the middle of the West Angus Ranch, a top-quality Black Angus cattle ranch.
Set up on a farm that raises Aberdeen Black Angus suckler cows, this Saloon offers tastings of the farm's meat products, beef from a cross between Black Angus and Kobe beef. Inspiration comes straight from Texas: burgers, cuts of meat, burritos and fries. Seating for sixty or so is available, and in summer a terrace is expected to open on Thursday evenings. A barbecue will be set up where everyone can grill their own meat. A guinguette spirit is guaranteed, with evening concerts.
