Charming hotel established on a former train station dating from 1933 to an altitude of 860 metres in the green hills of the Iblées Mountains, at the departure and crossing of numerous hiking trails. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ideally placed to enjoy the surrounding baroque sites like Ragusa and Noto and beaches of Marzamemi, Capo Passero or Marina di Ragusa, while enjoying quiet and fresh evenings even during the summer. The restaurant is one of the best known in the surrounding area and serves traditional dishes or rustic dishes. Every season has its recipes, from the sea to the mountains. The most demanding palates will be satisfied with Chef Enzo Mormina's specialities. The large glass room and the terrace welcome you for a high quality meal.

Crudi buoni mediocri (Toglierei il salmone affumicato) fetta di pesce spada e alici troppo marinati
Ottime le linguine fatte a mano ma la bisque copriva troppo il sapore del gambero che doveva essere di Mazara anche se ho i miei dubbi)

Frittura mista troppo oleosa

E sopratutto per strascorrere un fine settimana in albergo con piscina!! Da provare per credere!
