This family-run tavern offers simple and tasty rustic cuisine from the Modica tradition. With a good wine, you can start with cold meats and cheeses from the region. As a main course, the Nero d'Avola sausage served with fried potatoes is a real treat. Unless you let yourself be tempted by the star of the menu: rabbit à la Nicastro, a secret recipe of the charismatic chef, divinely fragrant. The tables scattered outside on a stone staircase offer a picturesque and romantic setting.

Locale storico molto carino a Modica alta, bella location! Scacce buone, peccato che di arancini non cen’erano vegetariani. Mi è piaciuta molto la pasta con i pomodorini e il finocchietto ( ho fatto togliere la ricotta perché non mi piace). Il mio ragazzo ha preso i ravioli e si vedevano che erano freschi. Molto buono e leggero il gelo alle mandorle.

Tipica tattoria con piatti della tradizione modicana, in ambiente suggestivo e poco distante dal centro turistico. Qualità/prezzo top! Per chi arriva in auto è possibile parcheggiare nei dintorni senza troppe difficoltà.
