This family restaurant has been in existence since 1987. In the courtyard of a 17th century palace, which recalls the Muslim period of the island, tables covered in white under the lemon trees invite you to settle down. The setting is attractive, the modern kitchen in an Arab-baroque setting. The plates are as noble as the frame. Sophisticated nouvelle cuisine where Sicilian recipes are worked to perfection, like visual and culinary works of art. Bonus: Modena chocolate as a fabulous dessert! Ideal for a romantic dinner.

Esperienza culinaria fantastica. Location che trasmette serenità silenzio ed armonia. Cucina ricercata e raffinata, con una combinazione di sapori favolosi. Prodotti locali di primissima qualità. Pane sublime fatto da loro. La ragazza che ci ha accompagnato durante il pranzo di una gentilezza, educazione e simpatia oramai rara, molto disponibile e accurata nel spiegarci le portate. Prezzo favoloso per ciò che abbiamo mangiato e per dove abbiamo mangiato.

Abbiamo cenato come molte altre volte alla Fattoria delle Torri, mi dispiace dire che questa volta è stata una delusione per alcuni piatti , sarda fritta per niente croccante molle e piena di olio, antipasto con la zucca fritta ma anche qui di fritto non c'era niente e il lattume di tonno si sentiva troppo il sapore sbagliata l' idea di farlo a cotoletta....ottima la pastratedda ..insalata di baccalà e il dolce.
