This family restaurant has been in existence since 1987. In the courtyard of a 17th century palace, which recalls the Muslim period of the island, tables covered in white under the lemon trees invite you to settle down. The setting is attractive, the modern kitchen in an Arab-baroque setting. The plates are as noble as the frame. Sophisticated nouvelle cuisine where Sicilian recipes are worked to perfection, like visual and culinary works of art. Bonus: Modena chocolate as a fabulous dessert! Ideal for a romantic dinner.

Fantastic service, cozy and nice atmosphere, much quieter than anywhere else. Nice short menu, high quality ingredients and perfect portion sizes, we enjoyed that evening a lot!

Posto ideale per trascorrere una serata intima nel cuore di Modica, dove i piatti della giovane chef Francesca sono il giusto equilibrio fra tradizione e innovazione. Possibilità di scelta tra la carta e il menù degustazione. In sala la sorella Carla sa accogliere e intrattenere l’ospite con informalità e garbo. Piatti che ci hanno lasciato di più il segno sono senz’altro i Ditaloni pera, pecorino e bottarga e il babà con albicocche, panna e rosmarino. Menzione speciale anche per il pane fatto in casa. Sicuramente un ristorante che col tempo riserverà belle sorprese.

Il coraggio di due giovani sorelle, la loro ambizione e passione si ritrova in ogni piatto. Il personale narra la storia di ogni prodotto trasmettendo la grande conoscenza e cura nella scelta. Sperimentano partendo dalla tradizione con inventiva e tecnica. Il costo è totalmente adeguato alla ricerca e alla qualità dei prodotti. Ci siamo alzati con la pancia piena e contenti di aver appreso il grande lavoro che c'è nel loro progetto.
